The driveway leads down a fairly steep hill.  From here you will walk a sloped stone path to the door.  There is ample parking for 2 or 3 cars.

There is plenty of level grass at the waterfront along side the fire pit & lounge area. 

The large dock has a single slip for your boat.

Deep water off the dock as well as gradual hard packed sand at the shore as you step off the dock.  No weeds.

* Note there is a 5th bed in a room in the basement if necessary but not considered a bedroom.

Laundry Room: Washer & Dryer in the entrance /mud room just off the kitchen

Muskoka Screen Room:  Door leading to screen room off of the kitchen.  Additional table & chairs as well as a sectional sofa & coffee table,

Deck:  Access deck from the screen room.  Spacious with a large table & umbrella for meals outside.  BBQ
